Hair system maintenance in Barcelona
We clean, check and refit your hair system, even if it’s from another brand, at our Barcelona centre or at your home. 50 € per session at the centre.
What we do during maintenance
Removal and cleaning
We carefully remove the hair system, clear away any leftover adhesive or tape and clean the base, the hair and your scalp.
Check-up
We check the condition of the base, the hair and your scalp, and tell you how your hair system is doing.
Refitting
We attach it back in place and blend it with your hair so it looks natural.
How often maintenance is needed
It mainly depends on the type of base:
- Skin base: every 12–14 days.
- Lace base: every 7–9 days.
The attachment also plays a part: glue usually holds for about 14 days and tape for about 8. On your first visit we give you your schedule.
The hair system itself lasts between 5 and 7 months: we explain this in how long a hair system lasts.
Maintenance price
50 € at the centre. Cheaper with a pack: 5 sessions for 225 € (45 € each) or 10 sessions for 400 € (40 € each). At home, the same price plus the travel fee for your zone: 15 €, 25 € or 35 €, depending on the journey time by public transport from the centre.
There are also subscriptions with maintenance sessions and haircuts included.

Is your hair system not from Crinova?
Yes: we maintain hair systems from other brands, shops or centres. On your first visit we check your hair system and tell you what condition it’s in and what maintenance it needs.
How to wash and care for your hair system at home
Between one maintenance session and the next, your hair system lasts longer and is less noticeable if you look after it like this:
- Wash it with products made for hair systems: regular shampoos can wear out the base and the hair sooner.
- Use lukewarm water and don’t rub the base: work the shampoo through in the direction of the hair.
- Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends, keeping it off the base so the bond doesn’t loosen.
- Pat it dry with a towel and, if you use a hairdryer, keep it on a warm setting.
- After the pool or the sea, rinse it with fresh water.

At the centre or at home
You can come to our centre at Carrer de Felip II, 213, 08027 Barcelona, or ask us to come to your home anywhere in Barcelona (all 10 districts), Badalona, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Sant Cugat del Vallès. On weekdays, home visits are only from 9:00 to 13:00; on Saturdays and Sundays, from 9:00 to 23:00.
Frequently asked questions
How do I book a maintenance appointment?
Press ‘Book maintenance’, choose whether you’ll come to the centre or we’ll come to you, pick the day and time, and book online with a 20 € deposit, which is deducted from the price. You can also book via WhatsApp on 602 01 66 08.
Can I wash my hair with the hair system on?
Yes: a bonded hair system stays on between one maintenance session and the next, and you wash it while wearing it, with the care tips above.
What happens if I skip maintenance?
Over time the attachment loses its grip, the base builds up oil and dirt, and the hair wears. The hair system becomes more noticeable and doesn’t last as long.
How long does a maintenance session take?
About an hour: that’s the time we set aside in the calendar.
