Booking conditions

These conditions apply to the appointments you book on crinovahaircenter.com with Crinova Hair Center (Carrer de Felip II, 213, 08027 Barcelona, +34 602 01 66 08).

Booking deposit

To confirm the appointment, a deposit of 20 € is paid by card through Stripe. The deposit is deducted from the final price of the service.

Extra haircuts

If you add haircuts or beard trims (for you or for other people in your household), they are paid when you book, together with the deposit, and are done during the same visit. If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, we also refund what you paid for the cuts.

Changing the date

You can change the day or time of your appointment free of charge up to 3 days before. Message us on WhatsApp or call us on +34 602 01 66 08.

Cancellation and refund of the deposit

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance, we refund the full deposit to the same card. If you cancel with less notice, or if you are not at the place and time of the appointment, the deposit is not refunded.

If we cancel

If for any reason we have to cancel your appointment and we cannot find another date that suits you, we refund the full deposit.

Home-visit service

We make home visits throughout Barcelona, Badalona, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Sant Cugat del Vallès. We need the full address (street, number, floor and door) and for someone to be at home at the time of the appointment.
