Would you rather we came to your home?
Plans are at the clinic. If you’d like us to come to your home, you pay a travel fee per visit depending on your zone, whatever the service. With a plan, the travel fee is cheaper.

Your zone depends on the minutes by public transport from our centre. We come to anywhere in Barcelona (all 10 districts), Badalona, Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

If you pay monthly, your fee goes down every 3 months, to as much as 15 % less. If you cancel, you start again from month 1.
If you pay yearly, from day one: Saver 15 % less, Balance 20 % less and First Class 25 % less.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel whenever I like?
Yes. With Saver and Balance, you can cancel whenever you like. With First Class too, but it takes effect at the end of your hair system cycle (6, 4 or 3 months, depending on how often you change it), because it’s included. If you pay for the whole year, you pay for all 12 months in one go.
How do I cancel?
Message us on WhatsApp with your name and email, and tell us you want to cancel. That’s all you need to do.
What happens to the maintenance sessions I don’t use?
Any you have left over in a month carry over to the next month, but only for that month. For example: if you have 3 in January and use 2, in February you’ll have 4. If you use 3 in February, in March you’re back to 3: what you save doesn’t build up for more than a month.
What is the loyalty discount?
If you pay monthly, your fee drops by 5 % from the fourth month, by 10 % from the seventh and by 15 % from the tenth. If you cancel and come back, you start again from the first month.
Is it better to pay for the whole year?
Yes. Paying for the year works out cheaper from day one: Saver 15 % less, Balance 20 % less and First Class 25 % less. You pay for all 12 months in one go.
